In February 2022 I had to rethink marketing, after some convenient platforms for advertisement have left Russian market.
With a limited budget and tight deadlines, I was pushed out of comfort zone but it yielded great results. The revamped marketing strategy helped the school to get featured on a local TV channel.
The school partnered with a chain of grocery stores with the large market share in the city, and ads were placed in stores without charge, in addition, we make a loyalty program for store employees.
The school also partnered with sports stores to get a loyalty program for our clients.
